Thermovision

We use thermal imaging especially for preventive diagnostics of newly designed printed circuit boards. After the prototypes have been fitted and brought back to life, a thermal imaging camera inspection reveals components and connections with excessive heating. The great advantage of thermal imaging is its speed and non-contact. If unwanted heating is detected on the prototype, we make a design correction and repeat the test. This ensures that only well-designed devices make it into series production.
