Thermovision

We use thermal imaging primarily for preventive diagnostics on newly designed printed circuit boards. Once the prototype has been assembled and powered up, the thermal camera identifies components and connections that are overheating — non-invasively and almost instantly. If the test reveals undesirable heating, we modify the design and repeat the measurements.

As a result, only devices with verified thermal performance enter mass production.
