Update in progress
The project involved the supply of network infrastructure and IPLOG PLCs for 60 sites and a central control room. We were involved in the project from design to installation support. A unique feature is the solution of power supply from public lighting with active monitoring of charging, including detection of unauthorized persons entering underground shafts and the network itself.
The proposed solution combines energy self-sufficiency with uncompromising security. The camera points use LiFePO4 batteries recharged at night from the public lighting system, while all technology is safely hidden in underground shafts. The operation of the individual systems is supervised by an IPLOG PLC with visualization of the measured data (Grafana) and its storage in a database (MySQL). IPLOGs also ensure network security through authentication with IEEE 802.1X protocol
